I don't believe Max doesn't have control. It's more like he chooses to not use his pad sometimes. It's getting warmer now so I am trying to take him outside more. We also want to fix our fence so that he could be let outside. Right now he can get through the gate and we can't let him loose because he doesn't like other people.

Our vet recommends that we take Max to obedience school and we hope to, as soon as we can afford it.
