The good points to being short is that I almost always have enough leg room, and I can stand up even when I'm at the window seat on an airplane (unless it's a very small plane) and not whack my head on the overhead luggage bins.
The bad points to being short is that when "some guy feels protective of me" and/or wants to be gentlemanly, about 90% of the time they hold the door open for me and I have to walk *under their arm* to get through the door. Not bad in fall/winter, but not always pleasant in the summer, LOL.
If you could spare me about 3", I'd gladly take them! =)
